Cancellation Policy for Room Reservations: Guests may reschedule their stay by notifying us at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling is allowed only once. If no prior notice is given, the resort reserves the right to withhold any refund under all circumstances.

Pets : ***Pets are allowed only on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). A service fee of 200 THB applies. Pets must weigh no more than 15 kilograms.***

Restrictions: ***Cooking and bringing outside food into the accommodation are prohibited. Drinks can be brought in.***
